We collect your name, email address, mobile number, and date of birth during account creation. If you deposit via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe, we also record the transaction reference and linked payment identifier needed to process and verify the transfer.

Payment identifiers such as your UPI Virtual Payment Address or Paytm-linked number are stored in encrypted form. We retain them only as long as necessary for transaction reconciliation and compliance with applicable financial record-keeping requirements in India.
